What's on the lot right now
We're buyers first — so the homes we sell are the ones we bought, brought back to our lot, and put right. It's a short list on purpose, and it changes almost every week. The best way to see it is to call ahead, then come walk it.
Why buy a home from the dealer who bought it?
Every home on our lot came through the same door you'd use to sell us yours. That changes what you're buying in three concrete ways.
We know the home's history. We inspected it when we bought it, we moved it with our own crew, and our refurb team worked on it. Ask what was wrong with it when it arrived and we can tell you — because we're the ones who fixed it.
The price reflects wholesale math, not showroom math. Homes we buy right can be sold right. Trade-ins and buyouts come to us below retail, and that spread is shared with the next buyer instead of spent on advertising.
Delivery and setup are in-house. The same licensed installers who move the homes we buy will move the one you purchase — permits, transport, blocking, leveling, and tie-downs, quoted up front as part of the deal.
What you'll usually find here
Exact inventory rotates too fast for a website to stay honest, so here's the shape of it instead. Call (210) 441-7040 for what's actually sitting on the lot today.
Refurbished singlewides
Two- and three-bedroom singlewides from the 1990s through the 2010s, gone through by our crew — the workhorse of first-time buyers, rental setups, and land-owners adding a home for family.
Used doublewides
Three- and four-bedroom doublewides move fast, often before they're finished in refurb. If you need one, tell us — we'll call you when the next one comes in, before it hits the lot.
Handyman specials
Some homes we buy are priced and sold as-is for buyers who'd rather do the work themselves and keep the savings. These are the cheapest way into home ownership we know of — and we say exactly what they need.
Simple on purpose
Call, then visit
A two-minute call saves you a drive if what you need isn't here this week. If it is, come walk the homes Monday through Saturday, 9 to 6 — no appointment needed.
Talk numbers in one sitting
Price, delivery to your site, setup, and — if you have a home to trade — what yours is worth against it. Financing options are available; ask and we'll lay them out.
We deliver and set it
Our installers handle transport and setup, and the TDHCA Statement of Ownership gets filed in your name. You get a home with its paperwork done right from day one.
Before you drive out
Why don't you list every home online?
Because the list would be wrong by Friday. Our stock is small and turns over weekly — a published listing that's already sold wastes your trip and our credibility. A quick call or text gets you the real answer in minutes.
Can I trade in my current mobile home toward one of yours?
Yes — that's half our business. Your home's buyout value becomes your down payment, we handle both moves, and it's one set of paperwork. See how trade-ins work.
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Delivery and setup are quoted alongside the home price, based on where your site is and what it needs — so the number you agree to is the real, all-in number before you commit, not a surprise added later.
Tell us what you're looking for.
If it's not on the lot this week, we're buying homes constantly — we'll flag you when the right one comes through the gate.
